12 Huat Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

Section 1
Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 12 Huat ("Platform", "we", "us", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the website 12 Huat accessible via 12huat.im, including all sports betting services, online casino, live games, slots, and all other features available on our platform.

12 Huat is a licensed and responsibly operated sports betting and online casino platform, providing services to eligible Malaysian users. Our platform covers football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), badminton, e-sports, live baccarat, roulette, online slots, and more.

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 12 Huat, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all provisions in these Terms & Conditions as well as any other policy documents referenced herein, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide ours.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the services of 12 Huat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• You must be an individual and not a company, partnership or any other business entity.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list of any betting platform or responsible gambling programme.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not using this platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

12 Huat reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account without prior notice if any of the above eligibility requirements are found to be unmet or are no longer met by the member in question.

Section 3
Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 12 Huat at any one time. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• An active and valid Malaysian phone number.
• An active email address that is accessible to you.
• Correct date of birth.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

12 Huat reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or proof of current address. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 12 Huat shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Minimum withdrawal at 12 Huat is RM50 per transaction. All withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the member's original deposit. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.

• Members must have fulfilled the bonus rollover requirement (if applicable) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Accounts must have completed the KYC process before the first withdrawal can be approved.
• The bank account or e-wallet account name must match the name registered on the 12 Huat.
• 12 Huat reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawals for legal compliance purposes.

Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 12 Huat subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each respective promotion. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

5.1 Rollover Requirements

Every bonus received, including the Welcome Bonus of up to RM500, carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. The specific rollover requirement is stated in the terms of each promotion. Generally, rollover requirements for deposit bonuses range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

5.2 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

12 Huat uses advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered as abuse include:

• Match betting between two accounts or coordinated betting to neutralise bonus risk.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Consistently placing bets at low odds solely to fulfil rollover requirements.

If bonus abuse is suspected or detected, 12 Huat reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them without prior notice.

Section 6
Betting Rules

All bets placed on 12 Huat subject to the following general rules. It is the member's responsibility to fully understand these rules before placing any bet.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid once the 12 Huat system confirms it and a bet reference number is issued. Bets that have not been confirmed by the system will not be recognised, even if the bet slip has been filled in. Members are encouraged to check the "Bet History" section to verify the status of each bet placed.

6.2 Odds Errors

Should odds be displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, system fault, or other circumstances beyond our control, 12 Huat reserves the right to void the bet in question and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance. This applies even if the bet was initially confirmed by the system.

6.3 Sports Betting & E-Sports

All sports betting outcomes are based on official results issued by the relevant competition governing body. For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and BWF-level badminton matches, full-time results are used as the basis for settling bets unless otherwise stated. For e-sports betting such as MLBB and Valorant, official results from the match organiser — MPL Malaysia or Riot Games — are used.

6.4 Match Cancellation & Suspension

If a match is cancelled, postponed or not concluded within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, all related bets will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the member's account, except for markets that were already settled prior to the cancellation.

Section 7
Account Closure & Suspension

12 Huat reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Fraud, submission of false information or falsification of documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or betting fraud.
• Attempted money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Use of bots, automated scripts or any tools that manipulate the system.
• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, 12 Huat reserves the right to withhold account balances pending further investigation. Should no violation be found after the investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member.

Section 8
Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use and storage of your personal data by 12 Huat governed by Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering, you consent to us processing your personal data in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

All members' personal data and financial information are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or court order.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Platform 12 Huat is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure our services run without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be accessible, free from technical errors, or server disruptions.

12 Huat will not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Betting outcomes based on inaccurate information obtained from external sources.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

12 Huat reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the platform 12 Huat following the publication of any amendment shall be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
